Life is fast and requires our constant attention. In this fast-paced life, we skip important things like eating breakfast. Now try to remember when was the last time you peacefully ate your breakfast while being grateful for the beautiful morning and delicious warm breakfast. Even if you somehow manage to crunch in your breakfast, you might be eating it in your class, workplace, or while in the car or bus. We seldom get time to sit and eat the first meal of the day. I know, it is difficult to peacefully sit when you have a lecture at 8 or a meeting at 9. But I encourage you to sit and eat at least during weekends or holidays. Breakfast is regarded as the most important meal of the day. Why? Now imagine your body being hungry for 8 or more hours during the night. It needs to break its fast, right?
