Welcome Winter!

A couple of months ago, I wrote a blog about fall and what the season really means to me. Now, I realize that I love writing seasonal blogs and hence decided to write one for winter! While many love the season for the snowfall and hot chocolate, others dread winter because it is bleak, dull, and very cold. Nevertheless, winter also has many valuable lessons stored in the house. One thing I observed about winter is that it suggests us to slow down and just observe. Believe it or not, we have a hectic schedule balancing work and personal life. Here we try to slip away from the habit of observation. Have you ever just closed your eyes and let the moment just sink in? Just try to observe the crisp winter air in the morning, trust me it is very refreshing! Winter tells us to tap into our deeper selves. Have you lost sight of who you really are? It happens to most of us in our busy lives. While we welcome a new year, try to really tap into your soul and find out what you really want. Try to set new goals and reflect on whether the previous goals and intentions are met. Winter is a season to be very reflective. Being reflective helps us to realize what we are lacking to reach our full potential. Therefore, understanding the value of winter is crucial, and hating it is not the sole option. Just sit back to reflect and observe. Perhaps, this short blog will inspire you to welcome winter with warm hearts.
